The method

How it works

Step 01 — The audit

We read your data first

Send your Garmin or Strava history. Get a written analysis of where your training leaks time. Free, no call.

Step 02 — The build

Your plan, from your numbers

Zones from your real threshold. Structured workouts synced to your watch — every interval and fueling cue beeps at the right moment.

Step 03 — The loop

Rebuilt every week

Every run gets analyzed. Next week is written from what actually happened. Questions answered within a day.

The edge

An AI-powered pipeline reads 30+ signals in your training — HR drift, decoupling, ground-contact balance, durability across long runs — and applies current peer-reviewed research. A human coach makes every call. Most coaches have one or the other. You get both.

The free audit

What you get before paying anything

Sample audit · Long run — illustrative data
Finding 1 · Intensity

Your easy runs average 12 bpm too high. That's where your recovery is leaking.

Finding 2 · Durability

HR drifts 8–11% late in every long run. Classic under-fueling: you take ~20g of carbs/hour, your goal needs 60–75g.

Finding 3 · The fix

Estimated recoverable time at your current fitness: 6–9 minutes.

Founding athletes · 5 spots

We're new. Our results aren't.

We're opening our first US roster. The first five athletes train at half price for three months, in exchange for one thing: an honest review at the end.

Questions

The fine print, in plain English

Who is this for?

Adult runners training for a marathon or half with a concrete time goal — a BQ, a sub-4, a sub-3:30. You should be running consistently already. If you're brand new to running, we're not the right fit yet.

Who's actually coaching me?

An endurance coach who lives and trains at 8,600 ft, running an AI-powered analysis pipeline most coaches don't have. The system reads every signal in your data and tracks the latest training research; the coach makes every decision. We let the work speak — that's why the audit comes first.

What do I need?

Any GPS watch with heart rate (Garmin, Coros, Apple Watch, Polar). We deliver your training through TrainingPeaks — the free athlete account is enough — and structured workouts sync to your watch automatically.

How do we communicate?

Asynchronously and fast: comments on your workouts plus direct messages, answered within 24 hours. No mandatory video calls. If you want a call, we can schedule one — but your plan never waits for a meeting.

What happens after the audit if I sign up?

Week one is an assessment block: we set your training zones from your real data, you run a short field test, and every session lands on your watch as a structured workout. From then on: every run you complete is reviewed within 24 hours, and your next week is built each Sunday from what actually happened — not from a template's schedule.

Can I cancel?

Month to month, cancel anytime. Marathons are a long game — we'd rather earn the months than lock you into them.

Is this medical or nutrition advice?

No. We coach training and race fueling for healthy adults. We're not physicians or dietitians, and we'll tell you to see one when your data or symptoms say you should.
